Everyday carry or EDC (not electric something rave stuff) pertains to stuff that a person brings with them everyday. It could be everyday needs such as a wallet and keys, more specific items such as headphones or a pocket tool. Some people also carry firearms because it’s legal in some states (in the US) or specific to their jobs. I’m personally not a fan of firearms in a non-emergency situation (ie. zombie apocalypse)
No, I refuse to wear cargo pants.
Here is my ever evolving EDC over the years:
I basically started organizing what I carried sometime in 2012. The pictures kinda came after I stumbled upon Things Organized Neatly on Tumblr.
All this stuff is supposed to either be on me or in my pockets because I like to be efficient that way. There are times though that I do carry a bag but the stuff in the bag is never included in my pictures.
I always like to experiment with what I carry so you’ll notice that there are things that come and go.
If you notice, not much has really changed over the years, maybe just upgrades on some of the stuff like my glasses and cellphone. For example, I was an iPhone user from the very beginning but just recently got a Samsung S7 and made the switch to wireless headphones at the same time. It seemed a more practical choice at the time and so far, I’ve gotten used to it but I still think that the aesthetics of the iPhone are more beautiful.
